It’s been quite a decade since Ron and three friends and colleagues from the now defunct Midway Games started Atomhawk with the intention of providing concept art and user interface design to the games industry. We’re now proud to count over forty team members across our studios in Gateshead and Vancouver and to include some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry as our clients and partners.

Tim Wilson, who has succeeded Ron as Managing Director, says:

Atomhawk has had some outstanding achievements over the past ten years. It has been a pleasure to work with Ron and we wish him all the best for the future. I’m confident that he leaves Atomhawk with a great team in place to carry on delivering world class creative content to an expanding list of clients across games and entertainment.”

Ron adds:

“While I’m very sad to be leaving after such an incredible ten years, I feel that having taken Atomhawk from a small start-up to part of a PLC company, now is the right time to embrace some new challenges and enjoy a different pace of life. I feel incredibly privileged to have spent the last ten years working with some exceptional people, from the Atomhawk team to our clients and partners, and am positive that they have an exciting and successful future ahead.”

We’re pleased to have welcomed a number of new hires to our management, creative and production teams over the last year to help us reach out to new clients and to support a growing number of live projects, including an Art Manager in the UK plus a new Studio Head and Creative Development Director in Vancouver.
