At Atomhawk, we make a conscious effort each year to step away from the demands of production and invest time in supporting emerging creative talent. Through our partnerships with universities and specialist art schools, we build meaningful connections with the next generation of artists while creating valuable development opportunities for our own team members as mentors, reviewers and creative directors.
One partnership that has become a highlight of our annual calendar is our collaboration with New3dge, the Paris-based concept art and creative media school. Recognised internationally for the quality of its artistic training and industry-focused approach, New3dge has built a reputation for producing exceptionally talented artists ready to enter the games, film and entertainment industries.
We’ve worked alongside the New3dge team for several years now, and every engagement continues to challenge, inspire and energise us. The students consistently bring ambitious ideas, strong artistic foundations and an eagerness to push their work further. Just as importantly, the experience pushes our own artists to develop their mentoring, communication and leadership skills in ways that day-to-day production work doesn’t always allow.
For us, it’s a true two-way partnership.
